REFUND POLICY

Kaizen MMA Refund Policy

At Kaizen MMA, we are dedicated to providing quality products that meet our members' and customers' expectations. Please review our refund policy to understand our terms regarding exchanges and non-refundable items.
 

1. No Refunds
 

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any purchases, including memberships, classes, merchandise, and other items.

  • Once a purchase has been completed, it is non-refundable.

     

2. Exchanges
 

  • We offer exchanges on eligible merchandise within 3 days of the purchase date.

  • Exchanges are only allowed if the item is in new, unused, and undamaged condition with original tags and packaging intact.

  • Exchanges are subject to the availability of alternative merchandise. If the desired item is unavailable, we can provide an exchange with another similar product of equal or lesser value.

     

3. Eligibility for Exchange

  • To be eligible for an exchange, the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase must be presented.

  • Items that are damaged, worn, or altered are not eligible for exchange.

     

4. Exchange Process
 

  • To request an exchange, please bring the item and proof of purchase to our gym’s front desk or contact our customer service team at kaizenmma.in@gmail.com.

  • Once we verify the eligibility of the item for exchange, our team will assist in finding a replacement.

     

5. Non-Exchangeable Items
 

  • Certain items are not eligible for exchange, including personalised or custom merchandise, sale items, and promotional items.
