  • We offer a range of shipping options, including standard, expedited, and express services through trusted carriers.

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and can vary based on factors like destination and carrier conditions.

  • For local customers, we offer a convenient in-store pickup option at our Kaizen MMA location. Please choose "In-Store Pickup" at checkout and await an email confirmation that your order is ready for collection.

  • If your order arrives damaged or becomes lost in transit, please reach out to us immediately.

  • We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund if eligible.
