Kaizen MMA Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Kaizen MMA. By accessing or using our facilities, programs, and services, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
 

1. Membership Requirements
 

  • All members must complete a membership application and agree to our terms.

  • Memberships are non-transferable and must be used exclusively by the member registered with Kaizen MMA.

  • Fees are subject to change at the discretion of Kaizen MMA, with notice provided prior to the next billing cycle.

     

2. Payment Policy
 

  • All membership fees, classes, and merchandise purchases are due in full at the time of registration.

  • Payments may be made through accepted payment methods, and all sales are final. No refunds are provided; exchanges for merchandise may be possible based on availability.

     

3. Cancellation and Freeze Policy
 

  • Membership cancellations require written notice 30 days before the end of the current billing period. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in charges for the next billing cycle.

  • Membership freezes are available upon request for medical or personal reasons, subject to management approval.

     

4. Use of Facilities and Equipment
 

  • Members must adhere to gym rules and safety protocols at all times.

  • Members are responsible for the proper use of gym equipment and must follow the instructions provided by trainers and staff.

  • Kaizen MMA is not liable for any injuries sustained due to improper use of equipment or failure to follow safety guidelines.

     

5. Code of Conduct
 

  • All members are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards staff, trainers, and fellow members.

  • Offensive or disruptive behavior, including verbal or physical harassment, will not be tolerated and may result in membership suspension or termination without refund.

  • Members must keep their belongings secure; Kaizen MMA is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

     

6. Health and Safety Waiver
 

  • Members participate in gym activities at their own risk. By enrolling, members confirm they are physically fit to engage in gym activities and have disclosed any relevant medical conditions.

  • Kaizen MMA is not liable for any injuries, health complications, or damages incurred while using our facilities.

     

7. Personal Information and Privacy
 

  • Kaizen MMA collects and processes personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By joining, members consent to this data usage.

  • Members may opt-out of non-essential communications by contacting us.

     

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
 

  • Kaizen MMA reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions as needed. Updates will be communicated to members, and continued use of the gym services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
